The Washington City Council meets on a regular basis on the first and third Monday of each month, with Standing Committee meetings scheduled for the second Monday of each month, unless that day is a legal holiday.  Meetings are then moved to the following Tuesday. Tuesday meetings are highlighted. The City Council meets in the Washington Library Meeting Room at Five Points Washington, 380 North Wilmor Road, Washington, Illinois at 6:30 p.m. Following is the meeting schedule for the City Council for 2009. 

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 2009

The City of Washington Economic Development Commission meets quarterly on the first Tuesday of March, June, September, and December, unless that day is a holiday. The Commission meets at Fire Station No. 1, 200 Wilmor Road, Washington, Illinois at 7:30 a.m. Following is a meeting schedule for 2009.
