The regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Training Room at Fire Station No.1, by Chairman Mel Joos.

Commissioners present for Roll Call included Mike Brown, Gary Moehle, Jeff Borders, Bill Hartter and Mel Joos. Commissioners absent were Jeff Fuerst, Arnie Wiltz, Doug Wilson and Bill Bradle.

Also present was P&D Director Jon Oliphant and City Clerk/Planning Commission Secretary Carol Moss.

Commissioner Hartter moved and Commissioner Moehle seconded to approve the minutes of the January 3, 2007 Planning Commission meeting as presented. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

The Agenda was reviewed and stood as presented and there was no old business.

A public hearing was opened for comment at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of hearing a proposed amendment to the City of Washington Zoning Code, specifically §154.175, Building Design Guidelines.

P&D Director Oliphant explained that the amendments have to do with administrative changes and errors. There was no audience present and no discussion from the Commission members and the public hearing was closed at 6:33 p.m.

Commissioner Brown moved and Commissioner Moehle seconded to recommend approval of the amendments to §154.175 of the City of Washington Zoning Code as proposed. 
On roll call the vote was: 
Ayes: 5 Hartter, Borders, Moehle, Brown, Joos 
Nays: 0 
Motion declared carried.

There were no Staff Reports, Commissioners Comments or Chairman's Comments and at 6:34 p.m. Commissioner Moehle moved and Commissioner Brown seconded to adjourn. 
Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
